Fundamentals, our On-Ramp program, is designed to assess your current level of fitness before you begin your journey. There are a total of four (4) classes taking approximately an hour-and-a-half each. These classes cover common movements, CrossFit's Foundational movements, and options for scaling (keeping the stimulus by modifying the movement).
Fundamentals classes are included at no-charge for those who sign up for six (6) months or more. Plans are reviewed during your introductory meeting or your first Fundamentals class.
